Calculator Entries

Branch, age group, sex, reps, times, weight, and body-measurement values are used locally in your browser to calculate the report. This static site does not run a database for calculator entries.

Privacy-Limited Analytics

The site automatically uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting, and privacy-limited Google Analytics cookieless page measurement. Allowing analytics cookies enables richer visit, session, and general-action measurement such as completing the calculator, sharing, printing, or downloading a report. Query strings and URL fragments are removed. Branch, age group, sex, repetitions, times, weight, body measurements, scores, and report contents are not sent. Google Signals, advertising storage, and advertising-personalization signals remain disabled for this Analytics tag.

Server Logs

Basic web server and Cloudflare logs may include request metadata such as IP address, browser type, requested path, timestamp, and security events. These logs are used for operations, security, and abuse prevention.
