A useful PT plan starts with the score gap, not a random workout. After you calculate a report, myptscore.us shows the passing gap, the 90% benchmark gap, the next listed tier, component minimum issues, and the lowest component by percentage. Use that report as the starting point for deciding what to train first.

What do I need to pass?

If the report says you are below the passing total, train the component with the largest available point gain first unless a component minimum is also failed. A failed minimum is usually the first priority because a strong total may not fix a failed required event. For example, if the cardio score is high but the plank or push-up component is below the minimum row, the fastest path to a passing report is usually to bring that weak event above the floor before chasing extra cardio points.

What do I need to score a 90?

The calculator treats 90% as a planning benchmark for every test. For a 100-point test, that means 90 points. For a 300-point test, that means 270 points. For a 500-point test, that means 450 points. The report shows how many total points are missing. If the gap is small, compare two or three components and look for the result that can be improved with the least training risk. If the gap is large, use a four-to-eight-week block and reassess weekly.

The current score-improvement workflow is simple: calculate a baseline, save the score to your local history, train for a week, test the same events again, and compare the new report against the saved score. Because saved scores stay on the device, the comparison is private and does not require an account. The saved history is best used for practice tests, not official recordkeeping.

Component tradeoff calculator

When several components have room to improve, use the component tradeoff idea: one point gained in any assessed component helps the total, but not every point costs the same effort. A slow run may require weeks to improve, while a few additional push-ups or a longer plank hold may be faster for some users. The report's weakest-component line is a practical first target because it identifies the event with the lowest percentage of available points.
