Air Force PFRA Component Weights Explained

The current public Air Force PFRA structure allocates 50 points to cardiorespiratory fitness, 20 to body composition, 15 to muscular strength, and 15 to core endurance. These components total 100 points; each event’s raw result maps through the current published scoring chart.

Airmen can choose between the two-mile run and 20-meter HAMR cardio modalities. Alternate strength and core options are also represented in the official chart. The correct row depends on the selected event and the applicable age/sex category.

Do not substitute an older 2025 chart or combine a score from one event with another modality’s row. Confirm which assessment version applies to the test date with the unit fitness program.
