Air Force PFRA scoring guide

Updated July 17, 2026Uses AFPC 2026 public PFRA score charts

The Air Force PFRA path uses the 100-point model with cardiorespiratory fitness, body composition, strength, and core components. myptscore.us stores the official score rows from the 2026 public PFRA chart and matches raw performance to the best row reached for the selected sex and age group.

Component weights

ComponentMaximum pointsSupported options
Cardiorespiratory502-mile run, 20m HAMR, profile walk pass option
Body composition20Waist-to-height ratio from waist and height entries
Strength151-minute push-ups, 2-minute hand-release push-ups
Core151-minute sit-ups, cross-leg reverse crunch, forearm plank

Body composition

The calculator asks for waist and height in inches and computes the waist-to-height ratio. It then applies the published point breakpoints. This is an estimate of the scoring result only; official measurement technique and recording rules still come from Air Force guidance.

Alternate events

Alternate strength and core options are scored from the public rows for that event. The calculator does not blend events inside a component; it scores the one selected option for that component.
